Do coaches need to install anything?
No. TryoutDesk runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop. Coaches open a link, log in with a PIN if you've set one up, and start scoring — nothing to download from an app store.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data stays yours. You can export your full roster and evaluation scores to CSV at any time, trial or paid. If you cancel, your account is simply deactivated — nothing is sold or shared.
Can other clubs see our players or scores?
No. Every club's data — players, scores, rosters, messages — is fully isolated. There's no cross-club visibility anywhere in the system, by design.
Do I need reliable WiFi at the gym?
You need a connection for scores to sync live across devices — most gyms with WiFi or decent cell coverage are fine. If a coach's connection drops mid-session, their scores simply sync the moment it reconnects.
What if I need help setting up before tryout day?
Email support@tryoutdesk.com — you'll hear back the same day. Most clubs are fully set up (players imported, stations configured) in under 30 minutes.
Will I be charged automatically after the free period ends?
Only if you don't cancel. Your card is required to sign up, but you won't be charged the $799/year until January 1, 2027 — and you can cancel anytime before then from your account settings.
